PROJECT OBJECTIVE

This technical cooperation supports PetroVietnam in preparing a green energy transition strategy that reduces its exclusive reliance on fossil fuels and aligns the company with Viet Nam’s energy-transition and climate commitments.

Through expert advice and consultations with leading international firms, the project helps PetroVietnam assess strategic transition options and opportunities to participate in Viet Nam’s emerging offshore-wind industry.
