The Clean, Affordable and Secure Energy for Southeast Asia (CASE) Programme aims to support a narrative change in the region’s power sector towards an evidence-based energy transition, in the pursuit of the Paris Agreement goals.
The CASE Programme is supported by the German Federal Ministry for the Environment, Climate Action, Nature Conservation, and Nuclear Safety(BMUKN).
The implementing consortium is made up by eight organisations led by the German international cooperation and development agency GIZ GmbH, two international and four local expert organisations.
