PROJECT OBJECTIVE

A master plan for decarbonization of thermal power generation will be developed specifically to achieve stable, affordable, and sustainable electricity supply by 2060.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION

This project aims to strengthen the planning capacity for energy transition, including a roadmap review for carbon neutrality by 2060, development of a thermal power decarbonization M/P in line with the roadmap, development of an action plan to realize the master plan, and development of an action plan for thermal power generation of decarbonization technologies. Strengthen PLN knowledge and practical capacities for adaptation to facilities. This is expected to provide a stable, affordable and sustainable supply of electricity and contribute to Indonesia's socio-economic development.
