PROJECT OBJECTIVE

USAID, in collaboration with the Philippine Department of Energy, implemented the E-Power Mo Program. This initiative focused on promoting energy efficiency and conservation measures, including the use of smart grid technologies. It aimed to raise awareness among consumers about energy management practices and encouraged the adoption of smart grid solutions.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION

The 'E-Power Mo' is the Department of Energy’s campaign to empower and educate consumers of their options for a wiser and more intelligent utilization of energy resources. The DOE also ensures the facilitation of projects to develop indigenous energy resources to support local economic activity, which will enable the country and the people to become globally competitive.
