PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Subproject 1 will support Mongolia and Philippines, and is expected to be extended based on needs and ongoing discussions with other ADB DMCs, including, but not limited to the assessment of the potential for clean energy, offshore wind and other marine renewables in Azerbaijan, India, Kiribati, Papua New Guinea, Tajikistan, and Tuvalu. The subproject focuses on cross-sector projects, evaluating power-supply solutions that are integrated with the sectors that use the power. To support this, the subproject promotes the introduction of innovative, advanced technologies in the beneficiary DMCs.
