Indonesia  Preparing the Green Energy Corridor Sulawesi (South) Project
PROJECT OBJECTIVE

The ensuing Green Energy Corridor Sulawesi (South) Project aims to support PT Perusahaan Listrik Negara (Persero) (PLN) in constructing approximately 950 circuit-kilometers of 275 kV high-voltage transmission lines and associated substations to enhance clean energy delivery and grid reliability in southern Sulawesi.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION

The proposed TA will support the preparation of the 275 kV project in Sulawesi, Indonesia. The project will build new or expanding transmission networks and substations to evacuate renewable energy from central and north Sulawesi to load centers and high voltage consumers in Southern Sulawesi. It will support the project due diligence covering the following aspects: technical, financial and economic, environmental and social safeguards, social and poverty dimension including gender, and climate change.
