Peusangan Hydroelectric Power Plant Construction Project(II)

PROJECT OBJECTIVE

This project aims to alleviate the tight power supply and demand situation in Aceh and North Sumatra by constructing a hydroelectric power plant and related transmission and distribution facilities in Aceh Province, thereby contributing to regional economic development in northern Sumatra through improvement of the investment environment, rehabilitation and reconstruction of the province, and reduction of global environmental burden through the use of renewable energy.

(a) Construction of two hydroelectric power plants (45MW and 43MW)
(b) Construction of transmission and substation facilities
(c) Construction of related power distribution network
d) Consulting services (detailed design review, bidding assistance, construction supervision, operation and maintenance assistance, Environment Management assistance, etc.)
