The Philippines is moving toward nuclear power with the creation of the Philippine Atomic Energy Regulatory Authority (PhilAtom), signaling policy certainty for investors. Vietnam has launched its first Agri-PV project, combining farming and solar power to raise farmer incomes and advance clean energy. Backed by GIZ and BMZ, the initiative will pilot 10 models (2025–27), support policy, and promote just energy transition toward net-zero 2050.
